I'm from a small island in Brazil. My journey into holistic healing started in Brazil with Reiki, where I completed all levels of Reiki Attunement, becoming a Reiki Master. The passion to assist my clients deepens every time I see light in their faces after a treatment, this is where I felt the need to integrate Massage with Energy healing. These two combined go synergistically together making you feel like a floating feather at the end of every session.
In the last few years I dedicated myself to explore musculoskeletal dysfunctions, to accurately assess, treat aches, pains and injuries helping the body repair and recover. My focus as an integrative massage therapist is to assess your physical and emotional state, then unblock and balance subtle energy levels, the musculoskeletal system can then be released, when physical issues appear, by our massage techniques.
I also love to take care of pregnant women throughout all their trimesters. As a mum, I especially feel the urge to care for the postpartum period, when women face a lot of emotional and physical challenges within their body and mind. For all mums and mums-to-be, you get a very beautiful and loving treatment under my hands.
I particularly have passion for Remedial, Lymphatic Drainage, Chinese Cupping and Dry Needling techniques to treat my clients, as well as Energy Healing, so when you book a massage with me, you can either chose one particular style or a mix of them.
Now calling Gold Coast, Australia my home, the eagerness to learn and explore other holistic tools doesn’t stop. So, I continue to broaden my studies, and help an endless range of conditions within my patients.

Remedial Massage is the application of a range of therapeutic techniques, used to treat muscles that are knotted, tense, stiff, or damaged. As a remedial therapist I will assess and identify which areas of the body require treatment, and use a range of massage-based techniques to optimise muscle function such, sports massage, deep tissue, trigger points, myofascial release, stretches, hot stones, cupping, dry needling.
Please advise if you would like one specific technique to be used entirely for your remedial massage.
60min = $95 / 90min = $125
A two-hour treatment to reset all levels of your physical, mental and spiritual states divided into:
One Hour Relaxation Massage +
30 min Indian Head Massage +
30min Energy Healing Treatment (mix of Reiki with tunning forks)
This treatment uses black sesame oil with a mix of essential oils. Advise if you have any restrictions with these specific oils.
2hr = $200
Rei (Universal) Ki (Life Force Energy) is a therapy based on channelling the Vital Force, through the imposition of hands, to recharge the Vital Energy of the one who receives it, thus balancing the natural state of emotional, physical and spiritual bodies. In doing so, Reiki is capable of dissolving mental and physical stress, hence promoting health and wellness. As a Reiki Master, during your session, I will take you into a deep meditative state of mind, bringing you awareness of your thought patterns, emotions and physical sensations as I can integrate with Massage Therapy in areas of the body where I find helpful for the treatment. I believe the more you know your own sacred body, the further you will take notice of Reiki's greater effects in your life.
75min = $125
When you choose an Indian Head Massage, you get a vigorous scalp release, stimulation of pressure points around your head and face, then muscles around chest, shoulders and neck will carefully be kneaded using a blend of black sesame oil with essential oils.
45min = $65
Myofascial Dry Needling (MDN) is an effective technique for relieving pain caused by trigger points or "taut bands" and "knots" in muscles which can contribute to long term pain, weakness and muscle dysfunction.
A very fine solid filament needle is inserted into the trigger point causing relaxation of tight muscles, decreased pain, increased range of movement, improved blood flow and stimulation of healing. MDN can be used in many areas of the body and can help promote healing of acute and chronic injuries.

90min= $130
A combination of remedial and relaxation techniques to help alleviate symptoms specific to pregnancy, including back and pelvic pain, fluid retention, carpal’s tunnel, amongst the things your physical body goes through in this special journey. The Pregnancy Massage is on a special table where mum-to-be will be lying comfortably on the stomach in our special cushion top with a hollow for the bump, that gives an opportunity to be face down while pregnant and take pressure off your back for a moment.

I've seen Ana over 4 times and usually to correct some form of ailment be it sore muscles and most recently to work on my tennis elbow.
Ana is brilliant, has great overall knowledge, listens carefully to my physical ailments and then focusses on remediating whilst always communicating with me to get the best result. My Tennis Elbow has gone from a 7/10 pain to a 1/10 pain.
I often think booking 60 minutes will be sufficient, but 90 minutes goes fast and more areas can be covered off without rushing.

She listens to your needs and adjusts her technique to be in flow with your body’s response, not to mention her multi-disciplinary skill-set that allows her to incorporate various modalities to deeply clear tension on all levels.
